Activity Enrollment/Unenrollment
There are three configurable scenarios available. In the first, members can independently register and unsubscribe from activities via their portal. In the second, members lack the ability to subscribe or unsubscribe on their own. In the third scenario, members have the option to subscribe or unsubscribe, with the added feature of granting you the final authority to approve or decline their requests.
Activity Calendar
Every member or respondent has the capability to view and print a calendar containing all the activities they're registered for. Furthermore, they can conveniently download this calendar to integrate it into their personal schedule. To enhance their experience, members can set up notifications to receive timely reminders before each activity.
Invoices
Members or respondents have the option to access all their invoices, complete with detailed information. Additionally, they can conveniently make online payments using Interac transfers or credit cards. For added convenience, the system allows them to set up reminder notifications before a bill's due date.
Communication
In order to reduce the time spent on phone calls, members or respondents have the option to communicate with you directly from their portal. Furthermore, they will receive your response directly in their portal, streamlining the communication process.
Questions & Answers
Members or respondents have access to a comprehensive database of questions and answers, equipped with a search feature to help them find solutions to common inquiries before resorting to direct communication or making a phone call.
