Manage events
You can create activities that include one or more events, and manage each event individually. Every event is closely monitored, with an evolving status that provides you with complete control.
Subscribe/unsubscribe members
The activity manager supports two types of registration: registration by event or registration by activity (automatically registering for all events within the activity). The module also ensures that a member cannot register for two activities occurring simultaneously, thereby preventing any scheduling conflicts.
Waiting list management
An automatic waiting list is efficiently managed by the module. As soon as the number of registrants matches the available places, each new registration is automatically placed on the waiting list.
Progress follow-up
Activity monitoring has quite interesting features such as attendance and absence management. Recording the arrivals of instructors makes it possible to have their schedules (timesheet). This module contains an accident manager.
Monitor management
You have the capability to schedule monitors for event supervision. A comprehensive schedule is accessible for each employee, providing an overview of their assigned responsibilities.
